Railways introduces low cost scheme in AC sitting trains

New Delhi, July 8 – In a bid to optimise utilisation of lodging in trains, the Union Railways Ministry on Saturday introduced the introduction of a reduced fare scheme in AC sitting trains.
“With a view to optimise utilisation of lodging in trains, the Ministry of Railways has determined to delegate powers to Zonal Railways to introduce discounted fare scheme in trains with AC sitting lodging, topic to phrases and situations,” an announcement from the federal government stated.
The assertion stated that the discounted fare scheme shall be relevant in AC Chair Automotive and Govt courses of all trains having AC sitting lodging, together with the Anubhuti and Vistadome coaches.
